Moving Forward Together: Integrating Virtual and Direct Patient Care in the Management of Eating Disorders

DESCRIPTION: This presentation focuses on the integration of virtual and in-person care in the treatment of eating disorders. Through embracing changes that were brought about from the global pandemic, we can work to better enhance treatment for our patients moving forward. Join us in exploring how we can tailor treatment approaches to best fit our patients' needs and the benefits of hybrid models of treatment.

Lacey Lemke, PsyD
Dr. Lacey Lemke is a licensed clinical psychologist specializing in the treatment of eating disorders and medical/ health psychology. She received training in clinical psychology, with a Primary Care focus at the Adler School of Professional Psychology, and completed her clinical internship and fellowship through AMITA Health working with the eating disorder/ self-injury population, as well as within pediatric endocrinology, neurology and adolescent medicine. Currently, Dr. Lemke serves as the Service Line Director for the Center for Eating Disorders throughout the AMITA Health system. Dr. Lemke’s mission is to assist patients in reaching their fullest potential at the most appropriate level of care.
